Unfortunately, even though I ordered the flower arrangement days before it’s scheduled delivery, Reed and Cross did not notify me ahead of time that they were out of the “form” for the item I ordered. Someone called the day it was to be delivered to let me know and see if they could put together something else for my friend. Since it was a few days before Christmas, and there was little chance of finding something similar to my original choice, I agreed. The arrangement that was delivered was no where near as festive as my original choice, nor did it in any way reflect the $122 price tag. I’m extremely disappointed in the service, communication, and end product.
