Just before noon, I decided that I wanted to send a sunflower bouquet to my niece who is celebrating her 17th birthday today. Since I live in the Seattle area, I had no idea who to choose as a local florist in Eugene. I started looking at different sites but none had a sunflower-forward bouquet!
